Hi!  My name is Lori Ritz, the new owner of Young Chefs Academy in Edmond since September 2008. My husband, who is a general manager of a car dealership enjoys helping out whenever he can.  After being a stay-at-home mother to our three children for 10 years, I was looking for a way to get back into the “working” world.
