A Place to Grow!

Looking for a fun place to take your kids after they outgrow the kiddy stuff?  How about a place where even adults can be kids at heart?  That’s the whole concept behind HeyDay Entertainment in Norman, where you’re sure to find something for everyone!

You might wonder how an attorney like me got involved in owning and operating an entertainment center.  It’s easy…I simply wanted to have more fun at making a living!  Plus, since I live in Norman and have kids of my own, I knew there was a real need for a family entertainment center geared toward adults, as well as kids. So, after being a judge for three years, working six years in a private law firm and serving on a parole board, I decided to supplement my legal career.  Now, my wife, son, one of my daughters and I are all "working" at having fun here at HeyDay Entertainment.

Hello, my name is Julie McKenzie, co-owner and executive director of Great Experiences Oklahoma in Yukon.   As much as I love the fun, creativity and excitement of this amazing fun center, it’s hard to believe that I spent 13 years in banking and commercial real estate appraisal – especially when you consider that I have a Masters Degree in Wellness and an MBA.
