Think “interactive”- something that invites everyone to get involved, not just as a participant, but gets the whole group talking and interacting. Any Questions? Before you interview professional event planners or vendors, take the time to make a list of as many questions as possible. A couple of important points often overlooked are: What’s your contingency plan if something should go wrong? Do you offer event insurance? How much experience do you have in this type of event?
